Our dimensional capacity means we can produce products of 1000*800. All plastic materials can be thermoformed (PS, ABS, ABS/PMMA, IMPAX, POLYCARBONATE, PETG, PS/PE, PEHD, PP, etc.) and especially PPSU and RADEL. 

• Tooling costs are minimal with multi-impressions for large production runs.
• The thickness range of thermoplastics is very wide, varying from 0.2 mm to 10 mm
• A very wide range of colours is available with different finishes 
• The process is suitable for small, medium and large production runs.
